Drop attack

Drop attack
Drop attack is a sudden loss of strength in the legs. The person may fall abruptly, often landing on his or her knees, but may not lose consciousness. A drop attack may be a sign of blockage in arteries supplying the back of the brain (vertebrobasilar arteries).
