    How about all the diet drinks that people are consuming which contain Aspartame which is ruining their bodies and their systems. I think we should conscentrate on that problem as well. If we can learn to do everything in moderation we should be fine.

    Are we talking about natural sugars or added sugars like high frutose corn syrup?Tomatos have natural suger in them but they are not bad for us.I alway take these AOL articles with a grain of salt!

    Someone said that tomato products will have sugar to "offset the acidity".. I know that some tomato sauce recipes have sugar in them, but many others do not. I NEVER add sugar to homemade tomato sauce, and prefer it that way. Some fresh tomatoes taste pretty sweet, so would have natural sugar in them, but I see no reason to add sugar when cooking with tomatoes. It is unfortunate that processed foods add so much sugar and salt.

    Stay away from food it could kill you. Drink water and eat lettuce, organicaly grown of course.
