Ms. Schneider is the Dietetic Internship coordinator and a clinical assistant professor at Idaho State University. She has a private practice in Boise, Idaho, and is an adjunct instructor of nutrition at Boise State University. She served as nutrition education specialist for the WIC program (Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children), administered through the Idaho State Department of Health and Welfare, from 1980 to 1982. She wrote training manuals for WIC paraprofessionals in 1991.
