i know i suffer from depression and i know the reason ,i just do not know how to deal with it ,until today ,5 years ago to start with i have been widowed for 15 yrs and i stared a affair with a married man and it get got out of hand we both love each other at least i thought it was one sided my side and i was depressed all the time and i am so tired of his wanting a bed buddy and today i took hold of it and told him me or her well he is to eat up with his self and likes it the way things are i do not ,and i wrote him a letter and ended it today and i believe it was the right thing to do for i am 60 and a pretty woman still so i am going to go my way the problem is he will not let go what can i do move ,please give me some advice before i make a bad mistake and tell his wife about his cheating and i am not the first and will not be the last
